I have ordered two of the necklaces. They are beautiful. I feel that my wife is always with me and my daughter feels the same about her mother. Product is excellent and comes within a few days of the order.
The pendant itself is beautiful and they did a great job of engraving it. The chain is a different story. It's not the best looking chain, and I reached out to customer service to see if a different choice would fit this pendant. I asked about the 3mm boxchain that is shown on other urn pendants, and the representative told me that it was compatible. A separate order, and weeks later my new chain arrived and I discovered they must assemble the clasps/ chain after placing the pendant on, rather than simply stringing the chain on. The loops on the ends of the chains are too big to pass through the hole on the pendant. My loops were pinched on to make them more oblong, and I had to force them through the hole risking damage to the pendant, and the new chain would not fit. So I had to force the old chain back on. Not great.
It is absolutely beautiful ♡ very good quality , the ashes were also easy to put in with the ash kit. I love having my baby so close to my heart . Would definitely recommend
Ordered two pendants for my son’s friends. Way better than expected! Beautiful, solid piece, very high quality and they loved it. Also, the Steel Shop shipped it within days of the order. Super fast turn around and great attention to detail. They had a question and e-mailed me to ensure the pendants would be perfect. My beautiful son Logan tragically died at age 16 and now his friends all have a pendant with his ashes so they can always have him close to their heart.

The pendant was a bit smaller than I had thought it was. Was hoping for a bigger one as i planned to mix my grandparents ashes in it. Other than that minor issue, the quality was great and the engraving was done really well. Would recommend this to friends and family.
Pendant is really nice. As an option it would be nice if we could purchase a nice present station box. Something gift worthy. Something nicer the. The case provided. I would Have purchased it. Makes it nicer for gift giving. .
