Engraving/gold is gone after wearing for 1 week

Didn’t expect to be purchasing something like this… but we unexpectedly lost our dog and it only seemed right that he still come everywhere with us. I ordered these bracelets and received them in the mail waaayyyy before we even got his ashes back. I was shocked with the shipping time! It’s beautiful, dainty and discreet. Highly recommend to those who have lost a loved one and want to always hold a piece of them close.
I am very pleased with this bracelet. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the chain appears more delicate than I expected, so it suits me. It arrived when promised, a few days after ordered. I definitely made the right choice.
It looks exactly as expected it. I like that it is simple & doesn’t scream its purpose. The fit is odd. It’s a bit too snug without the extender but too loose with it; as such the heart dangles/hits surfaces & has some minor scratching already. I may try to find a smaller extender. It shipped & arrived quickly.

I haven’t received his ashes yet, so it’s not complete without them. The quality is very nice, it’s a dainty piece like I was hoping it would be. If I had to say anything that could improve it, it would be that I wish the actual bracelet was a bit longer so it wasn’t necessary to use so much of the extension part. Wish you had varying lengths someone could choose from.

Pretty disappointed with the spacing of the letter on this. Its off centered. Ive spent a lot of $ with this company. This piece came off centered and Im not happy with it.

Absolutely love this bracelet! It is dainty but not too dainty. Shipped quickly. The only downside is since it is small you can only have one initial engraved, but I still loved it! Highly recommend!
