I really love the slim line of the bracelet. Followed the instructions on how to measure my wrist and it fits perfectly. I would recommend it. Processing of my order was quick and arrived well packaged and in one piece. Came in a really lovely box.

I had a problem with the sizing. I requested an exchange, but they sent me the exact same size. It is not the size I asked for, and the clasp doesn't work properly. I am very dissatisfied.

Am in the process of returning it as there was a defect in the bracelet. I am curious why you charge the customer to pay for return shipping if it was defective when I received it? Not good business.
I spent $100 on a silver and gold cord bracelet, and it broke twice. The quality is very cheap, and I strongly recommend not wasting your money. The end caps (the metal pieces that connect the cord to the clasp) are poorly made, and the bracelet only lasted about one to two months at most.

The bracelet way to thin.
This is mostly on me, but it's not obvious how to unclasp this bracelet and I definitely unset one end of the red cord. I was able to satisfactorily fix it, but it could use a little "this is how you do it" specific to it since it is not clear which instructions to use. It's pretty though. People like it on me. I just definitely avoid taking it off.
Both two as a matching couple bracelet and we haven't taken it off since it arrived! They've been through showers, work outs, hand washing etc and it's held up great! No sight of the cable unravelling or the steel clasp eroding. Super happy with the purchase! Looks really nice on it's on or with wrist stack.
