5 stars just doesn't cut it! To start, I placed my order on a Tuesday and received it 2, YES 2 days later. I can't even get my Amazon orders that quickly. And the quality and craftsmanship of this dog tag is AMAZING. It's heavy, the engraving is clean and legible and overall it far exceeded my expectations. Thank you, The Steel Shop, I think. ;) I bought 3 items my first go, have 4 more items in my cart, and I fear you may become a financial burden to me, LOL!

He is retired Canadian Forces, so the dog tag was perfect. We could not be happier. The dog tag is excellent quality and has a nice weight to it. The engraving is crisp and turned out perfect. The chain is a nice length, perfect weight and has a great look to it, very happy with it. Came in a very handsome gift box and is ready for giving as is. The engraving and shipping were crazy fast and the communication after ordering was great. Looking forward to our next order.

So it is beautiful, and I love love the chain, but it’s larger than anticipated and it doesn’t work with the much smaller tags for my other grand children.

The chain is constantly getting twisted so that the tag is facing the wrong way. I am nonstop having to adjust it so that it sits normally. It's a nice necklace and chain but I just wish it didn't get twisted up so much. No other necklaces I've owned before have done this.
