I remain concerned that the sizing guide on the website is misleading because it depicts how the chain sits around the neck without clearly explaining that the listed length refers to the fully extended chain measurement. I would like this matter escalated to a supervisor or manager for further review and consideration of a refund

Love the color and length is perfect; i can just slip it on and off woth using the clasp. The chain is the right width for the cross. I do wish it had a bit more weight to it. Overall, great product and well see how it lasts with daily use.
