Improve your customer service. The bracelet didn’t fit even though I sized according to your size guide and you did nothing to rectify the situation. Very disappointing.
I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my son. I think it’s a beautiful piece and I especially liked the fact that they offered engraving so that I could add his initials to the gift.
