I ordered this for my Dad for his 80th birthday. I like the style of the bracelet itself and I am happy with the engraving, but I'm a little disappointed that it isn't really a shiny bright silver as it looked on the website - it's a bit on the dull side. But I was impressed with the service and how quickly it came.
This company are absolutely amazing! I ordered a bracelet for my partners Christmas it did not arrive, I contacted the steel shop to explain, without any hesitation she said they will do another bracelet for me with the same engraving @ no charge and send it to me when they come back in stock, True to her word that’s exactly what happened I received it 2 days ago absolutely over the moon, great quality. This was all done and sent to me with no charge due to the missing item. I had communication and updates the whole time. Pretty neat quick turn around for an order placed on the holidays. Engraving came out nice and bold. Clasp took some figuring out but overall very satisfied with tbe end result.
The engraving is very hard to see.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my husband. He loves it very much. Only issue i have is that it is a bit big (my fault, should have ordered smaller). He still loves and wears it as there is no link for it to be shortened. Just pay attention to size when purchasing but would definitely recommend.

I was quite disappointed when I received the bracelet in person. The colour was noticeably less vibrant than it appeared on the website, which made it feel underwhelming—especially after having it engraved, meaning I couldn’t return or exchange it. I honestly regret not choosing a different one. The sizing options are also quite limited. I originally needed a 7-inch size, but the smallest available was 7.5 inches. While my partner can still wear it, the bracelet moves around more than he’d like. And due to the style of the links, it’s not possible to have it resised or adjusted. Overall, the bracelet is wearable, but in my opinion, it doesn’t quite live up to the images shown online. Be mindful of the sizing and colour differences if you're considering a purchase.
