I was really disappointed with the quality of the gold plating — the color looks more like brass than gold. For the price, I expected something closer to what their photos show. The return process was also frustrating and unnecessarily expensive. There’s no online return label option, so you have to handle and pay for international shipping yourself, which adds up quickly since it goes back to Canada. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend their gold-plated products. The stainless steel ones might be fine, but the gold finish simply doesn’t live up to the brand’s reputation. It’s surprising they offer it at all if it can’t match the quality of their regular steel pieces.

Since I have put it on I have not taken it off .Reason as a senior I don't have the finger strength to do so , so I wore a glove to cover it while painting. It is one of the best bracelets I have owned. Perfect retirement gift. Thank you.

Very nice quality. My son likes it and hasn’t taken it off since he received it. I ordered a size too small the first time and had to exchange it for a larger size. I’m in the Chicago area, so shipping back to Canada was expensive which was disappointing.

It’s a nice bracelet. I think it needs to be polished more, so it’s smooth to touch. I can feel edges are sharper. Also clip was really hard to clip at the beginning. But overall it’s a nice bracelet !♥️

I like the bracelet BUT I wanted to exchange for a smaller size and it is not as easy as advertised. They did not provide a return label, it was very expensive to ship back to them in Canada. Overall, the bracelet itself is very nice but it was just the exchange process that was difficult and expensive.
