Very nice piece. Love having my dad with me! Much better than previous bracelet that had a leather band. The leather wore through after 6 months. That would have been terrible to lose his ashes. This is a great upgrade.

I ordered the Compass Urn bracelet, but it was too large. I followed the directions to add a slight bit to the measurement with this bracelet, but it was too large for me. Knowing it was not engraved, I contacted The Steel Shop and had a seamless process for return. Customer service was awesome! Keep in mind, to return from my location, it was on the pricey side to do a return, but it was worth it! I received the bracelet, had my brother's ashes places into it, and will wear it for eternity, knowing it is stainless steel, & will not tarnish. It is the perfect size for me....7 1/2. (I'm 55 inches, 170 #). I've been looking for something since my brother passed away in 2017, and have FINALLY found my reminder that "not all who wander are lost". Terrible customer service. I was asked to submit a video, spent a significant amount of time compressing it to meet the upload limit, and after sending it, I received no response or update. Instead, I was asked to complete a survey before my issue was even resolved. Asking customers to rate service when nothing has been done to help them is incredibly frustrating. My claim is still unresolved, and I cannot recommend this company.

It is exactly as pictured. My only wish is that it could be ordered one size smaller. From the website, I selected the smallest size and it's a bit too large. But still very wearable. It is a beautiful keepsake.
Item is nice heavy quality steel. My only issue is there is barely any room for ashes.
