Beautiful memorial I love the bracelet I had made for my friend after his brother passed away & you guys were the only company who could actually do the specific & special phrase I wanted engraved.. no other company allowed enough words.. It was beautiful & I love that I received it so quickly! Just wish I could adjust the size a little smaller but everything else was perfect!

I ordered this bracelet for my husband for Christmas and he loves it! Comfortable to wear and great quality!
However, when I tried to order it, I was told it is not available. I then went on line and was able to purchase it. Then the following day, I received an email for 25% off sitewide for Canada Day. When I inquired about it, I was told I couldn't receive the discount. If it said sitewide, I should have been able to obtain the 25% discount. I was not happy. I'm not sure I would order again if this is your customer service.
