I love love love the customer service! I bought a customized engraved $75 bead bracelet for my boyfriend and a week after having it it just broke. I emailed the company though and they said they would send me a new customized bracelet to replace the old one free of any charge! Thank you The Steel Shop!!!
What can I say… I leave things until the last minute.. ALWAYS, wanted to find a bracelet for my boyfriends birthday to engrave our newborn daughters name on that wasnt tacky looking or .. old man-ish can i say?! LOL. Steel shop had a few different options at a great price point. I’m impressed with the quality and fast service. The engravings were perfect and my boyfriend loved it. I wouldn’t recommend if you have an allergy to a certain type of metal though. I received one from my mom and I began getting a rash from the metal where the engravings are.

Very nice bracelet and fits well! I would say to order it snug as it has to roll over hand to get on but I also have big hands so it stretched slightly. Mine was snug and now has the perfect amount of wiggle room.

Well made and looks just like the photos. The engraving had a misspelling and the company happily replaced the piece with the correct spelling. Great customer service! Very happy with the bracelet!
One of the words was misspelled. It should have read Pura Vida, but the engraving was Pure Vida.
The bracelet itself is beautiful and great quality. Wish there had been some guidance on how to measure though as the side I picked was definitely too small.
Great quality. The sizing recommendation wasn’t quite right for us. Sizing up because wrist measured at half size probably wasn’t necessary so it’s slightly loose.

This was my second purchase of the same bracelet for my son. The one before lasted 4 years with everyday wear on a college student. It has never been taken off. It finally broke so I replaced it. I would say that was amazing it lasted so long!!
