The bracelet I ordered was freaking tiny. It doesn’t even fit on my small ass wrist. They offered to remake it for 20% off and all it needs is a few chains put on it. The customer service is rude and ridiculous.

The Steel Shop was unable, or unwilling, to help with resizing. The item also seemed smaller than expected, but I wasn’t sure what 5MM would be.

Very accommodating with help on the engraving. I wanted something engraved that was 1 character too much for the bracelet than what the website allowed. I reached out to them, and they very quickly and kindly got back to me about it, and they were able to get it done for me. In addition, helped make sure my purchase and order was correct with the engraving, and it turned out great.
