The item was better than expected. The sizing chart helped with choosing the right length. Once ordered, the item shipped quickly and was packaged well. Overall, it was a great experience.
After measuring following your first instructions, we received a bracelet that was too small. It cost $20 to insure and return the bracelet, then another $7 to have it returned to me. You need to negotiate a deal with ups for customer return shipping. Otherwise, my grandson loves the bracelet.

I measured my grandson’s wrist as per the ordering information. When the bracelet arrived, it was too small. You shipped a bracelet the exact size of his wrist. The ordering information implied the appropriate bracelet would be shipped to accommodate his wrist measurement. I spent just under $20 to return the item and $12 shipping fee for a $30 bracelet. Then you again shipped the bracelet to me. Now I have to pay to ship it to my grandson. I could not recommend your product or service to anyone.
