Loved it!
It fits perfectly, looks amazing, and its so comfy
Fits great and looks good! Love it.
This was my boyfriend’s first day wearing it and it broke from only the movement of his wrist. I waited a month and 1 week for it and when I finally got it it’s not good quality. My jewelry should not be breaking from only movement.
The bracelet is as expected. I did run into complications at first but the customer service was amazing at responding quickly and solving the problems for me. The bracelet is comfortable and doesn't pull on the hairs like other bracelet clasps, it isn't heavy or to light. I am very happy with the bracelet!
Could not send photo, because my wife is wearing the piece and she is out. The piece is great, and she loves it!! She tells all her friends where she got it, so you may be getting more business. The Steel Shop was great in handling the exchange, and I will look there first if I need any type of jewelry. Thanks ,so much, very happy customer!!
My boyfriend loved this bracelet ans never wants to take it off! And fits perfectly!! Measured his wrist 7” and ordered the 7.5. It’s perfect. Stacks well with the Italian leather bracelet too!
Bracelet is nice, but would feel way better about it if I didn’t need to replace it. The first one broke within a month and got a replacement for free which was nice. Let’s hope this one lasts longer.
Great look & great quality. I've bought three bracelets over the last two years and never been disappointed.
Bracelet was great but too small. Exchanging for bigger size
I ordered this bracelet for my boyfriend as a Christmas present, I literally looked everywhere for one before landing here and I can honestly say I love it! It’s clean cut, shiny, not too heavy, seems durable and I couldn’t be happier with it! Measurements were great too, the packaging was simple and beautiful and delivery time was fantastic even around the holidays
Do NOT order from here unless absolutely certain it will fit and you will not return it. I had purchased from here and followed the sizing they said and it still was too small. When trying to return, there was a lot of discrepancies about how to return and through which company to return through. Communication with help assist was really disappointing as they did not help at all. Shipping costs exceeded the cost of chain bracelet and not worth buying it as they are totally unwilling to compensate for return costs. Overall, this company is not worth buying from unless buying in store.
Beautiful product, amazing customer service.
This was the second one I ordered for my grandson he lost the first one and was so upset. I ordered another one.
Good experience
It is the perfect bracelet for my son. The quality and look of the bracelet are amazing.
Amazing
Frustrating to work with for returns/exchanges. Bracelet itself feels very low-quality. Not worth it at all. Better off buying somewhere else.
My grandson loves his bracelet!
perfect
Great service for the replacement!
Gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas. He loves it
Never fails. Affordable prices and not sacrificing the quality. Love my gold jewelry, my wife loves hers too! Thanks!
Looks good and a great price
It was way too small and your return policy is so strict it would cost $20 to return.
My grandson loves the bracelet
My grandson love it
The size was too small. I have another bracelet from a different company that is 7.5in and this one in the 7.5 was way smaller to the point I almost couldn’t get it on.
Great customer service and the bracelet is really nice.
