I bought my son the 22 inch necklace and matching bracelet a yr ago for his birthday. On recent trip he lost it while swimming in ocean. He was heartbroken. He's worn it every day since I bought it and never takes it off. I ordered this as replacement but had to get 20 inch. He dreamed the night before he found his necklace and asked me if I bought one. Ordered this necklace for my son for Christmas and he absolutely loves it.
It was nice, but it was too thick and too long for me personally. Waiting for my exchange (which is a process) It takes so long to have it mailed back. Then have to wait to they receive it before they send out the new item.

This was our first order with The Steel Shop and it was disappointing. I ordered a silver necklace for my son at his request, and the one he received was gold. I checked multiple times - it's in all of the confirmation and shipping emails that silver was what was ordered. Frustrating as he doesn't have easy access to a post office or return packaging to send the item back, nor were return instructions included. So, we just considered it a loss. Giving it 3 stars because the quality of the necklace that did arrive seemed decent.
