I received mine last week shipping was fast and the chain is so nice, good weight and good look, I received lots of compliments while wearing it, I will buy some more from the steel shop later.
Customer service is great. The chain itself is nice, the problem is the clasp. It just looks bad and the rings that hold the clasp onto the chain are bad and after about two weeks of daily use they are already separating. So my guess is they will fail sooner rather than later.

The chain broke after only wearing it a few times. Very disappointed. First appearance the chain looked very sturdy, but it most definitely was not.
