My partner has always had a bracelet with the first day we met on it which never lasted and got very worn. For Christmas I purchased him this bracelet which would last longer and be a sentimental gift to have forever. I had the first date we met engraved on the inside and our baby boys birth date in Roman numbers on the outside. I am obsessed and so pleased with the quality. It also arrived a week earlier than expected! He was absolutely in love with it! I also accidentally got the numbers wrong and I was able to quickly contact the customer care team to get this changed as soon as possible and they managed to do this for me without a problem! My boyfriend loves it. It’s very durable I was amazed at the quality which is what I paid for. Could’ve sized down but wanted it to be a surprise so I just guessed. Overall exactly like the website showed. Love it!
The bracelet is overall nice and seems like good quality. The font I chose and the engraving look great. My only disappointment is that it is very shiny silver, as opposed to matte. I actually ordered the bracelet to match the one I bought my SO for his birthday. I got him the Double Franco Link ID bracelet, but I wanted a smaller/daintier one for myself. I chose silver for both, and thought they would be the same. However, his is a nice matte silver, and this one is super shiny silver. I would have preferred the matte. I'm glad that his turned out to be what I expected, as it was a gift. But quite disappointed that they weren't the same. I did to back and see that in the description for this one it states silver, while his said matte. I think that when choosing the color, it should differentiate so you know what to expect.

Very nice bracelet but I emailed the support team not even an hour after ordering it to change the size and I got a response back right after it was delivered multiple days later.
