Ordered engraved bracelets as an anniversary gift. I used the free engraving coupon code on the website. They shipped and arrived fast but with no engraving. I emailed and was offered a refund on the engraving fee and no other solution. This is a company specializing in customized, engraved pieces and mailed out blank pieces which makes no sense and I have no use for them as they mean nothing without the engraving. I spent $26 to return the products and ended up with nothing because I have no desire to risk spending more money on this company for no reason. Very disappointed. The pieces would have been great.
