The piece came in very nicely done and overall excellent quality. However, the arrival date was pushed back without my knowledge because of engraving. It was not stated that it would push the date back by 2 days until I wrote an email to cancel the order.
I'd like to order a longer chain but with the time it took to receive the other piece and the cost, I think I may go somewhere else.

Honestly loved this product, the item was fairly priced and affordable. And the engravings are clean and beautiful and are not too dark that it’s in your face. But they are gentle and add a nice personalised touch as a gift for my partner. I’m sure my boyfriend will love it and I strongly recommend. Only issue I have was the steep price of delivery. But it came to me in under 2 week to the UK so very speedy and worth it in the end.

It looks very nice, and the chain is beautiful and heavy. The weight is also satisfactory. However, I was a little disappointed with how shallow the engraving is. The text is very hard do read. I would not get this design again.

I really like everything about this ID pendant other than that the engraving is quite superficial so that the information is difficult to read. I want it to indicate very clearly the DNR message. Not certain that a medic will notice readily. Still, it's a keeper, and I wear it constantly.

I decided to buy a custom engraved piece to remember my uncle who passed suddenly last year.
After messaging The Steel Shop, they told me they did custom logos. On one side, I had my uncles name and a few quotes on it, and the Harley Davidson logo on the other side to remember his love of motorbikes.
I'm also loving the chain. Thicker than I thought and the clasp is easy to hook and unhook.
